Do I have to be fit before I can begin training?

 

No, most certainly not.  Our name speaks for itself. NewDirections will build you into strong, fit and determined bad ass.

 

 

What should I expect on the first session?

 

You can expect a welcoming community of everyday people that all have one thing in common. THEY VALUE THEIR HEALTH AND FITNESS.

 

They understand the benefits of being fit and healthy.

 

 

I’m self conscious and uncomfortable in group situations. Will I be judged?

 

No. Everyone respects and appreciates the effort it takes to train hard, eat well and take on the nerves of a first training session. We will be excited for you!

 

 

Can I cancel any time? 

 

Yes, you can cancel any time. No hassles, no fees.

 

 

What should I bring on my first day?

 

Bring yourself, a water bottle and a towel. We will do the rest!
