Do I have to be fit before I can begin training?


No, most certainly not.  Our name speaks for itself. NewDirections will build you into strong, fit and determined bad ass, no prior fitness needed!



What should I expect on the first session?


You can expect a welcoming community of everyday people that all have one thing in common. They value their health and fitness. Those that have had massive transformations are there to motivate and encourage the others that are still making that transition. All newbies are encouraged positively 🙂


They understand the benefits of being fit and healthy.



I’m self conscious and uncomfortable in group situations. Will I be judged?


No. Everyone respects and appreciates the effort it takes to train hard, eat well and take on the nerves of a first training session. We will be excited for you!



Can I cancel any time? 


Yes, you can cancel any time. No hassles, no fees.



What should I bring on my first day?


Bring yourself, a water bottle and a towel. We will do the rest!



Where do you train?


We are located indoors throughout Winter at 120 Leila Rd, Carnegie.


Once the sun and heat are out for Summer we move outdoors to the other side of the park at 118 Oakleigh Rd, Carnegie.


What Classes do you have available?


Strength and Tone, Advanced Strength Training, Boxing and Bootcamp sessions are the basis of NewDirections. Seasonally, we also include Tough Mudder Training, Handstand Classes, Booty Building Compeitions and running groups in the build up to different events and your feedback.


What additional support outside of the classes do you offer?

I pride myself on the support that NewDirections offers you outside of the classes. It is crucial to create a strong mindset shift into a more positive direction. In addition, to your classes you will receive at least weekly contact from myself in regards to your diet, your overall health, wellness and fitness plan.

In addition, you will have access to the NewDirections Membership Area that gives you online workouts to do any where any time, motivational tips and mindset training.

I will truly be there for you every step of the way.
