What should I expect on the first session?

I’m self conscious and uncomfortable in group situations. Will I be judged?
No. Everyone respects and appreciates the effort it takes to train hard, eat well and take on the nerves of a first training session. We will be excited for you!
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, you can cancel any time. No hassles, no fees.
What should I bring on my first day?
Bring yourself, a water bottle and a towel. We will do the rest!
Where do you train?
Our home base for group training is JT Packer Park, Carnegie. However, we provide mobile training in the form of personal and private group sessions to the following suburbs:
