Bootcamp at its best!

Our Small Bootcamp sessions will get you having a ball taking each other on in some friendly competition with obstacle courses, tug of war, team workouts and more. We use a combination of equipment including kettlebells, TRX’s, gymnastic rings, sprint intervals, hurdles and skipping ropes to keep you forever motivated and excited for the next session.

This is guaranteed to burn maximum calories and improve your muscle tone while burning away the unwanted layers.

We have a maximum of 8 people per session to give you the highest level of service in an entertaining social environment.
